I think the greatest lesson from this video is that you have to keep yourself open to the possibility. A jerk may come around sooner or later, and s/he is going to need someone to be there for them. "Unconditional positive regard" is what jumps into my mind. When the light bulb goes on, when they get "it", they'll need somewhere to turn. Why wouldn't you want to be that person?

Johari window is such a great concept. I had read "Never Eat Alone" 7 years ago. This is truly amazing.
