Your success is determined by how effectively you persuade a customer or client to do something. Your integrity is determined
by how much you persuade them to do something
that is in their best interest more than yours
(you are after all there to satisfy your customer or client
just read your mission statement).

It has been 20 yrs since our days at Duitch & Franklin (with beard) and our paths cross once again. I am a big fan of Keith and look forward to participating in his new Community. Most recently, I have joined Provisors Calabasas Group and see you are a Provisor member too. And you know my good friend Joel K. I'm sure I'll be guesting at your SM Provisor group sometime soon and hope to see you. Since leaving D+F my wife and I owned and operated Nibblers Restaurant until 1996 when we sold. And then I found a manufacturing business to run. I am now building a Internet consulting business with a partner. My 4th career and very exciting.
1. Get out of your own way group.
People can select an issue that holds them back and make a commitment to correcting it and weighing in with their progress.
2. Get through to anybody group.
People share someone they are trying to get through to, i.e. a boss, a subordinate, a customer, a spouse, partner, kid, parent and then other people can offer what they've done that has worked in that situation.
