Travel the world. Own a house in Barcelona. Show my artwork in galleries around the world. have my art in high end hotels and luxury spas. Have a family. Help people. Work with dogs. Learn more languages. Sky Dive. Always laugh and listen.

Achieving our long-term goals involves a lot of baby steps. What goal are you working toward right now?

Travel plans set for the next 6 months, DC, LA, San Diego, San Fran, Denver, Dubai, India. To finish my new website and launch. Work on my latest painting idea while on my travels. FInd my other 2 people in my lifeline to collaborate with.

LISA META GRIFF, founder and Creative Director of Metamorfize. Born in Washington, DC, yet a citizen of the world. A passion for travel keeps her motivated and inspired to work hard and live creatively. She has worked and lived in New York for 8 years, making her mark in the design community and now branching out as a mixed media artist. Lisa’s first show in February 2007 was a a huge success.

As one of the first thirty employees at weightwatchers.com, Lisa was instrumental in helping launch their subscription site, a pioneer idea at the time and an enduring leader in the weight loss industry. She left the once small startup, which had grown to over 200 employees, after four and a half years as Senior Art Director. While at ww.com, Lisa won recognition for her designs of the identity systems, branding and re-branding ww.com as it evolved and found its place in the modern world.

Creating designs that are beyond the expected is what Lisa strives for. She is known as an idea woman; a true problem solver. Her energy, enthusiasm, and open communication ensure that her working relationships are fiercely creative and collaborative. She combines a healthy sense of humor with a serious level of professionalism...you can tell she loves what she does.
