- How do you spend your day? (aka what's your job?)
- As a business coach, I am working with small business owners to work out their priorities, ambitions and put their business in order so they can live the life that they prefer. We begin with a full review of the business and work through whatever needs doing from there. Building systems, developing strategies and implementing solutions.
I also do a lot of online work managing my websites and social media, as well as TeamCircle the network I set up for my social networking members so I can easily support them and we can collaborate simply. Additoinally I moderate NLPTalk-reseve on Yahoogroups, a myers-briggs list for ENTPs and the forum on Merchant CIrcle.com

Almost The Same Language - Not Quite!
I'm back in Australia and noticing again how similar and yet different is the culture between Oz and the US. Funnily enough, the part of Oz that I come from is Newcastle and is on the East Coast, and in many ways shares a lot of aspects with Ventura county including similar weather patterns. We are not a desert area, but we know all about droughts. And today we are experiencing our own version of June Gloom, but of course, it is winter here!
