KATHERINE W HIRSH, DPhil is a principal in HirshWorks, LLC, a writing, educational leadership, and management consultancy based in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has worked as a psychology instructor at Cambridge University, Cardiff University, Macalester College, and a faculty developer at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in the Center for Teaching and Learning Services. She is the author of three books on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) and serves on the faculty of the Association for Psychological Type, an international organization devoted to the constructive use of Psychological Type and the MBTI Instrument. She also conducts workshops for the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities College of Continuing Education in the LearningLife and Compleat Scholar programs; the Collaboration for the Advancement of College Teaching and Learning; OPP® an international business psychology consultancy based in the UK; and Integrative Learning Corporation Pte Ltd., a leading international consulting and competence development group based in Singapore.
