Doug Smith is the president of doug smith training, a training company located in the Denver, Colorado area. He provides leadership development thru classroom training and thru advanced distance learning programs that combine highly interactive webinars with action learning projects.

Doug is also an actor and musician who has appeared in several films and plays. He is also the business manager for Dercar and Smith, a company that develops performance skills with actors, musicians, and entertainers.
