Please help me help Dreamers

This is my first post here, so hello all!!

My goal is helping people in the arts, visual and aural, understand and achieve their dreams. I had worked for thirty five years in the high technology industry and excelled at sales, marketing and management. I continued to gain more responsibility and excel at it until finally I took responsibility for an $800 Million division of a leading global electronics components distributorship. I'm great at teambuilding, developing plans, implementing winning strategies in a positive, team atmosphere and in building successful businesses. I achieved nearly every goal that I set for myself except I did not retain the wealth I wanted :-). But no matter because at the end of the day what I did with this success was empty, I was selfish and alone personally, distant from friends and family except for enjoying and discussing toys. Fast cars, big boats and houses, the yacht club, etc.

Now I know this and I'm working to use my gifts to do something much better. I've founded Catch the Star LLC with a great friend and we have started working with singers initially to help them to build their skills and launch to successful careers. We have had great initial success. We are now beginning to expand the family, the goal is nothing less than to help dreamers... young and old, people that want to achieve something in the arts... to understand how to do it and to give them the contacts and support they need to achieve their dreams. At this point we are working with singers, an actress and a fashion designer, my goal is to expand far beyond this.

To do it we need help! I'm looking for gifted people to be our counsel. We already have the start of this network but we need more to build on this. I would like to be able to call on you to ask you questions from time to time and to refer work your way when the opportunity arrises. In return I will help you achieve your goals as well, any way that I can. Business and marketing advice and contacts, I have several close associates that will be willing to help. The skill sets that will help are broad, specifically I'm looking to engage with photographers, stylists, writers, producers, singers, actors/actresses, cinematographers, vocal coaches, acting coaches, makeup artists, models, fashion designers, directors, lawyers, accouning professionals, manufacturing experts, executives, etc... that are associated in one way or another with fashion or entertainment.

Please just identify yourself, let me know what you are great at and how you would be willing to help... and what you would like for help as well. I'm sincere, I'll review every response and discuss with you. Thank you!!!
